No Purchase Option - Warning

We believe that a No Purchase entry option is NOT required in the Paybuyer system.

However, if we do not offer this option, there are plenty of law firms that may try to attack Paybuyer with frivolous lawsuits.

Since we cannot indemnify advertisers that might be dragged into such lawsuits, we will provisionally offer users the opportunity to send in a No Purchase entry, but we do not guarantee that this entry will be honored.

Warning: Anyone who submits such an entry does so at his own risk of non-payment.

We will keep all mailed in No Purchase Entries, but we will not pay off on any of these entries unless the courts find that we are legally obliged to do so.

Accordingly, if you submit such an entry, we will keep it pending resolution in the courts. If the courts agree with us, or if there is no legal action taken, we will discard your entry.

So, you can submit a No Purchase entry, but the risk is yours that it will be worthless. We believe it will be worthless.

We reserve the right, at any time, to stop offering this option.

To submit a No Purchase entry, you must agree that you understand that we do not intend to honor your entry unless compelled by court order.

I understand and agree.
