How to Submit a No Purchase Entry - Official Rules
To participate without making a purchase, you must be a resident of the US.
You must call an advertiser or visit its site, through its ad on Paybuyer.
Your call must last 90 seconds or more and you must talk to a real person.
You must call from the phone number you registered when you signed up on Paybuyer.
Then, write down legibly by hand the following information on a piece of paper:
- Your name.
- Your phone number.
- Your email address.
- A copy of a cell phone or utility bill proving your physical address.
- The name of the advertiser whose ad you called from or whose website you visited.
Mail this information with a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with sufficient postage and a return address to Paybuyer LLC, 11167 E Mirasol Circle, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
Include a copy of your official picture ID.
Limit one (1) request per outer envelope.
One (1) entry will be mailed in response to each request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules. Each request must be sent in a separate outer mailing envelope with the requestor's first and last name, street address, city, state and zip or postal code legibly handwritten in the upper left hand corner of the outer envelope. Requests that are sent in business reply envelopes, that utilize address labels or stickers, that are photocopied, hand-stamped, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically produced or reproduced, that are not mailed in separate outer mailing envelopes, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned. If any of the information in your written entry is untrue, or if your entry is sent with a malicious purpose or in an attempt to game the Paybuyer system, as judged by Paybuyer management, your entry will be NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned.
Your chances of winning each round will be 1 in 100.
